YARN OPTION / REFLECTIVE DETAIL

Make reflective yarn
part of the design.

Use it as a stripe, a small pattern detail or a defined part of the knit. Placement and the base yarn need to be developed together.

PROJECT NOTES

Reflective yarn can be discussed as a design detail for custom knitted beanies. Approve the yarn placement and actual sample under defined lighting. A reflective effect alone does not establish a safety rating or certification.

Mark exactly where it belongs

Send a sketch showing which rows, stripes or artwork sections should contain reflective yarn. Include a normal-light reference for the overall colourway so that the hat is designed for everyday appearance as well as the intended light response.

The selected yarn must work with the base yarn, knit structure and desired stretch. Review that combination through a swatch or finished sample before treating the design as ready for bulk.
