Information you send
The inquiry form sends your name, email, project requirements and any optional style, yarn, quantity and logo details to our sales team. It also identifies the page from which you submitted the form. Do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information. There is no website file-upload feature.
We use your details to respond, discuss samples and quotations, and manage any resulting project. Email correspondence is handled through our business mailbox.
Hosting, delivery and verification
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Its Turnstile service verifies form submissions, and the inquiry service uses a network address for security verification. Web3Forms delivers the inquiry to sales@beaniemaker.com; our business mailbox uses Alibaba Cloud enterprise email. These providers process information needed for their respective services, which may involve processing in different countries.
This website does not currently load advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect their services. WhatsApp opens only when you follow its link and operates under its own privacy practices.
Keeping and managing correspondence
We keep inquiry correspondence while responding to your request and managing any resulting project. Contact us if you would like us to delete an inquiry. Records still needed for an order, accounting or a legal obligation may need to be retained.
You may contact sales@beaniemaker.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern about the use of your details. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. The rights and obligations that apply depend on the relevant circumstances and applicable law.
Your choices
You can contact us by email instead of using the website form. You can also choose not to follow external links. The site does not create customer accounts or store form drafts. To help identify how an inquiry reached us, this site may temporarily store a referral category, referring domain, landing page path and campaign source in session storage for the current browser tab. This information is sent with the inquiry, but not used to follow you across other sites. Missing referral information is classified as direct or unknown, not proven direct traffic.
