BEANIE STYLES

Get the shape right.
Then make it yours.

A cuffed beanie, a short fisherman profile and a slouch fit start with different proportions. Decide how the hat should sit before finalising the artwork.

PROJECT NOTES

Explore custom cuffed beanies, shorter watch-style knit caps, folded rib-knit constructions and pom-pom designs. For each style, define relaxed measurements, wearing depth, cuff fold, stitch appearance and logo placement before approving a sample. We accept small custom runs from 50 pieces on eligible styles and also discuss larger production volumes; material and custom-dye minimums are confirmed separately.

Small runs welcome. Bulk orders ready.

Three proportions to discuss

Concept silhouettes for short-cuff, classic-cuff and slouch beanies
Silhouette studies for development. Dimensions, yarn and finished fit are agreed on a sample.

Measure the hat you want to wear

If you already like the fit of a beanie, use it as the reference. Record the opening width laid flat without stretching, the full body height and the folded cuff depth. Add a worn view: two hats with similar flat dimensions can sit differently because their yarn and knit structure differ.

Tell us whether you want the ears covered, a close fit above the ears or extra fabric at the crown. Those are more useful instructions than “standard adult size” on its own.
